The deployment of the Industrialisation Model and the New Project Management, keys to this improvement

CAF needs to adapt the high growth environment in the vehicle area. And it must do so cost-effectively and efficiently. For this CAF has been supported by ASENTA in the design and deployment of the Industrialisation Model and the New Project Management.

The Industrialisation Model has been deployed along 2 key areas: implementation by productive areas and geographical extension to integrate national and international subsidiaries.

The New Project Management is based on 3 main principles: cross-cutting, responsibility for results and team empowerment.

The keys to the success of the transformation process have been clear leadership from CAF Management, encouraging communication and participation, establishing clear and demanding goals and the subsequent roll-out of this model in all of CAF’s external projects and plants.
